White Light
Last week, Slenky unveiled the ‘Take Your Shot Zone’ in collaboration with the ‘Brent Works Wembley Job Fair’ at Wembley Stadium.
Our aim was to modernise the traditional careers event by transitioning it to a more accessible and sustainable digital format, allowing opportunity seekers to use their mobile devices to connect with employers and businesses offering opportunities.
The Blueprint
Being the first event of its kind, there’s no blueprint, and the first hour or so of the event threw up some challenges.
But…
…ably led by Harrison, the White Light team was incredible. They had a solution to every tech issue and, where necessary physical addressed anything else that was unforeseen in planning the zone.
Utterly professional from first meeting to the wrap up of the event, their energy worked so well with Slenky’s Team, almost integrating to the brand.
Why White Light?
White Light operate in a very attractive space, but behind well-known names such as SKY and ITV. So many enjoy of us consume and enjoy their work, without ever knowing they’re there. It’s an exciting company that uses a range of different skills sets that have a relationship to lots of passions, both creative and logistical, and they’re keen to engage new talent.
White Light has a successful and award-winning apprenticeship programme, with some current Apprentices on the team creating the Take Your Shot Zone.
Emerging talent could do a lot worse than finding out what White Light is - and what it does.
